feat: enhance JoinCluster functionality and improve etcd cluster management and implement CreateDockerRunScriptWithAddMember func

- Update JoinCluster function with last_etcd_rebuilder functions
- Replaced CreateDockerRunScript with UpdateDockerRunScript in last_etcd_rebuilder
- All nodes are running, but they are operating separately. The next step is to perform a member add operation to join them into a cluster.

All operations except for member add have been completed.

- Implemented StopService endpoint to stop system services using systemctl.

- Added functionality to stop the current etcd container and take a snapshot
- Implemented systemd service creation for starting a new etcd container
- Restored etcd from snapshot and managed service with systemd
- Refactored code for better logging and error handling

Refactored config paths to use /opt/myappfiles/config. Adjusted all path handling to be more flexible.
